Nevertheless, there are still a ton of games left to be played and plenty of money to be won. The Sacramento Kings were among the best cover teams in the league last season and have carried that momentum into the 2019-20 campaign, as well. They are just outside the Western Conference playoff picture at 8-10, but at 12-6 against the spread, the Sacramento Kings are the third-best bet in the Association to this point in the season. Sacramento Kings To COVER (-4.5) vs. Chicago Bulls (-120)
As mentioned above, the Sacramento Kings are among the best teams against the spread. They are 12-6 ATS in 2019, which is good for third-best in the NBA. Tonight, they are taking on the Chicago Bulls, who have not shared the same betting success. In fact, the Bulls are tied for fourth-worst record ATS in the league at 8-12. Furthermore, the Kings are 5-3 ATS at home and 3-1 ATS as the favorite this season. On the other side, Chicago is 4-6 ATS on the road and 4-6 ATS as an underdog.
Sacramento is coming off a big overtime win against the Denver Nuggets, who currently sit in second place out West. As the Kings approach the top-8 teams, you can bet they’re going to handle their business at home tonight. In fact, the Sacramento Kings are 3-0-1 ATS and 4-0 straight-up versus the Bulls over the last three seasons. In addition, they are 21-9 ATS as a favorite and 30-18 ATS at home over the last two seasons. I’m taking Luke Walton’s squad for my play of the day tonight.
