The Chicago Bears and Dallas Cowboys are about to catch a pretty sizable break on Thursday Night Football.
For the first time all season, neither team will be coming off a Sunday game and thus, will have an entire week of rest before playing in the NFL’s midweek tilt. It just so happens that the seasons of both Dak Prescott and Mitchell Trubisky’s teams hangs in the balance and it might also be the first time that Thursday Night Football tropes, such as short-rest, simplified game plans, etc., aren’t as applicable when taking a look at betting angles.
We’re actually getting two well-rested, desperate teams.
As a bettor, though, there’s one pretty underrated betting angle in this game and one that feels slightly obvious – from both a betting and football perspective.
Let’s take a look at my top plays for Thursday night.
