What’s up, everybody, welcome to the week’s finale of the MLB Betting Rundown. We’re looking at the Cincinnati Reds among others on this beautiful Friday.
It’s been a pretty solid week so far. Following yesterday’s 2-1 showing, we’re now 8-4 on the week for a profit of $352. Most of that can be attributed to the Rays pitching staff rebounding from a two-run first inning and Yoan Moncada’s return to the White Sox lineup. Of course, big ups to them for their contributions.
We enter Friday with a 33-24-1 record on the month and a $721 profit on $100-dollar bets. July looks to have really set the tone for a new normal. A precedent in which winning is to be expected. The pressure is certainly more intense, because I’m not really the new kid anymore, but I really wouldn’t have it any other way.
If the last month or so is any indication, I operate better under those conditions anyway. As if I haven’t tried to drive this home enough, we turned a corner on July 19 that vaulted us into the coveted big money territory, which is a place I kind of just made up and probably isn’t real. In any case, we own a 52-31-1 record since then.
If you’re new to the MLB Betting Rundown, you’re probably going to win a few bucks and want to keep coming back. That’s usually how it works.
Today, we’re going NL heavy with action on two of aces. I’ve got my sights set on the Reds and Pirates plating a few runs, as well as the Cardinals and Dodgers both covering as home favorites in their respective games.
As always, let’s stay hot.
